Motorola Droid: the lastest smart phone powered by Android 2.0
In order to gain back the cellphone market Motorola had joined the Google Android OS Union. Soon Motorola will release their lastest Android-based smart phone, named Droid. This phone is the first smartphone powered by Google’s new Android 2.0 mobile operating system. Featured with a 3.7 inch screen, 5 mega pixel camera and a built-in dual LED flash, Droid is equiped with a touch screen which slides out to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard.
A fast processor allows the OS to operate up to six application simultaneously. The Droid is also the first phone to feature Google Maps Navigation Service, providing turn-by-turn road navigation. motorola and google are working closely together.
